NEW PERSPECTIVES FESTIVAL
MAY 2025
New Perspectives will celebrate bold and innovative storytelling by featuring three new plays inspired by, based on, or written in response to a classic work.
The submission window for the New Perspectives Festival will run from February 21st - March 7th, 2025.
Criteria -
To be considered, playwrights must submit an original, fully-realized script that is inspired by, based on, or in response to a classic work. (Classic works may include anything within the public domain.) Submissions can be either full-length plays or one acts. Scripts that have had previous readings or workshops will be considered, but the work cannot have been fully produced in the past.
